Where is my order?
A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at check out, once your item has been sent. Follow the tracking link to get updates about your package’s location. If you did not get a tracking number within your estimated shipping date, please email us at email@example.com with your order number to inquire about your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours if your item has not yet been shipped. After the 24 hour mark, we can only offer store credit.
I made a mistake at checkout, can I change my order?
As long as the item you would like to exchange with is available, we can grant you this change. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP because our stock moves quickly.
Are you getting xyz back in stock?

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. In special cases we may accept a return of an item only for store credit. We do not give any cash refunds. To inquire about a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Your inquiry must be made within 3 days upon delivery of your item. The customer pays postage to send back their item to us, and we pay postage to send the exchanged item. We must receive the item you are exchanging within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Sizing info is shown on each product page. If you have further sizing questions, please feel free to message us on our store chat window.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to anywhere in the USA, Canada, Europe, and parts of Asia. For international orders, please be aware that your country may require you to pay a customs fee when you receive your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees and they are not paid to us.
