To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How do we accept returns/exchanges?
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to immediately cancel your order, we can do so if an inquiry is made within 24 hours of when the order was placed. You can send the inquiry to: email@example.com
Please include your order number. Any requests to cancel an order past the 24-hour mark are subject to a 30% restocking fee and can only be refunded to in-store credit. No cancellations are accepted 48 hours after the order is placed regardless of delays. Each item is custom printed and made to order.
To request an exchange or return after receiving the item, you must send us an inquiry within 3 days of receiving your item(s). To make an inquiry, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the return/exchange request you would like to process. The item then must be delivered to us within 14 days of the initial inquiry. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them for any damages or odd smells. Within 2 business days, your exchange or refund will be processed if the items are not damaged or altered.
Please note we can only process refunds with store credit at this time. Full cash refunds may be available on a case by case basis for items received damaged or shipping carrier problems.

The customer pays postage to send back their item to us, and we pay the postage to send the exchanged item. We must receive the item you are exchanging within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition to the address provided in the return/exchange form, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Creators Guild is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
No refunds or cancellations on Pre-ordered and Reserved items. Exchanges can only be made if the requested items are in stock.
Collected Duties and Taxes are not refundable on fulfilled orders.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
