Shipping policy

-Current Fulfillment time: 5-10 days (Weekdays only)

-Vats and Import fees will not be charged by us and will be collected from you through the shipping carrier.

-You will receive an email or text (Depending on how you choose to receive notifications) once your order is picked up by our postal carrier and in transit.

-Please contact us immediately if you need to update or change the shipping address. If the order is shipped to the address you did not intend to ship to, we cannot do anything about the order unless it is returned by the receiver. It's considered fulfilled if the order arrives at the address originally provided.

-If a package says it's been delivered but is not locatable, please double check all possible areas where it could've accidentally been placed the address. Contact the postal service assigned to your label to see if there was a mistake. If you still haven't had any luck locating the order, please email us at with your order number and we'll do our best to assist you.
